- Oil or butter a bread/loaf pan (I prefer glass) and pre-heat the ovento 350 degrees.
- In a 10 skillet, heat a little olive oil and saute the onion, celery, and garlic until softened, but not browned. Remove and let cool for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix turkey,sauteed vegetables and remaining ingredients until well blended.
- Pat into the loaf pan and bake for about an hour – it should be nicely browned but not burned at the edges. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
This is an easy middle of the week preparation – serve with mashed or stovetop potatoes of choice and a large salad for a simple, comfort food meal. Perfect with Rebel Roan!!
