DOM’s x Carhartt Winery presents Pintxo Party.
Join us for an afternoon of skewered Spanish pintxos, flowing Santa Ynez wines, and the kind of standing-room energy that spills from the bars of San Sebastián into the street.
Hosted alongside Carhartt winemaker Chase Carhartt, who will be pouring wines throughout the afternoon, the menu moves through batteries of Gildas layered with beautiful conservas, anchovies, marinated olives, sun dried tomato, and Basque cheeses — salty, bright, cold, and perfect with wine in hand.
Croquetas made specially for the afternoon paired with a singular featured pour. One-bite Santa Barbara crudo. Wagyu steak bites served alongside bigger reds.
Finished with spoons of re-emulsified cheesecake loaded with Osetra caviar.
